Getting Started

Click the "Get Started" button on the homepage, enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account. Students and instructors use the same registration process.

You need a device with a microphone and camera (computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone), a stable internet connection, and a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). We recommend using headphones for the best audio quality.

Your instructor will provide you with a class enrollment code or link. Enter the code in your student dashboard under "Join Class" or simply click the enrollment link your instructor shares.
Taking Exams

Questions are presented one at a time. You'll have thinking time to prepare, then recording time to give your verbal response. Your responses are recorded, transcribed, and graded using AI with instructor oversight.

Don't panic! Your progress is automatically saved. If you lose connection, try refreshing the page. If issues persist, contact your instructor immediately. They can reset your attempt or grant additional time.

This depends on your instructor's settings. Some exams allow multiple attempts, while others are single-attempt only. Check the exam details in your dashboard or ask your instructor.
For Instructors

Navigate to your Faculty Dashboard and click "Create Exam." You can add questions, set time limits, create grading rubrics, and configure exam settings. Exams start in draft mode and must be published to become available to students.

Our AI transcribes student responses and grades them against your rubric. You can review and adjust any AI-generated grades. The AI provides detailed feedback and rationale for each score to help you make informed decisions.

Yes! VoiceExam supports LTI integration with popular learning management systems including Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, and others. Contact our support team for integration assistance.
