Recording & Microphone Issues
  1. Check browser permissions: Click the lock/info icon in your browser's address bar and ensure microphone access is set to "Allow"
  2. Test your microphone: Use your device's built-in audio settings to verify your mic is working
  3. Close other applications: Apps like Zoom, Teams, or Skype may be using your microphone
  4. Try a different browser: Chrome typically provides the best compatibility
  5. Check hardware: If using external mic, ensure it's properly connected and selected as the input device
Login & Access Issues
  1. Password reset: Use the "Magic Link" option on the login page to receive a secure login link via email
  2. Check enrollment: For students - ensure you're enrolled in the correct class using the enrollment code from your instructor
  3. Exam availability: Verify the exam is within its scheduled time window
  4. Clear cache: Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again
  5. Check email: Ensure you're using the same email address you registered with
Grading & Assessment Help
  • AI grades not appearing: Grading may take a few minutes after submission. Refresh the page to check status.
  • Modifying AI grades: Click on any grade to edit. Your manual grade will override the AI suggestion.
  • Bulk grading: Use the "Grade All" feature to apply AI suggestions to all pending submissions at once.
  • Grade passback: Grades sync to your LMS when you finalize them. Check LTI integration status in settings.
  • Transcription errors: You can edit transcripts directly in the grading interface while listening to the recording.
